The IEPs are based on the personalized use of the tools and examples of good practice developed worldwide in recent years, in order to address the challenges of globalized higher education. The IEPs are adapted to the strategic and operational needs of the Latin American HEIs. Each European HEI accompanying the adoption through a formal administrative act of the IEP for one or more LA HEIs.
