OBJECTIVES
- To improve the quality of higher education and enhance its relevance for the labour market and society.
- To enhance the management, governance and innovation capacities, as well as the internationalisation of HEIs.
- To develop and/or improve effective HEI internationalisation strategies consistent with the ECHE principles and priorities.
- To increase and/or consolidate a network of contacts and regional alliances with peers and with other institutions or associations for mobility, academic exchanges including the use of Tuning tools to affect the shift to student centred learning, and experience with the Latin American Reference Credit – CLAR.
- To support eligible Partner Countries to address the challenges facing their higher education institutions and systems, including those of quality, relevance, equity of access, planning, delivery, management, governance.
